Our Story
A Murrieta institution built on patience and good ingredients.
Kalifornia Distilleries started as a home kitchen operation in 2019 — one oven, a handful of regulars, and a conviction that Murrieta deserved better bread. Today we occupy a corner of Eastman Drive with a full production kitchen, a walk-in cooler, and a market that carries everything from house-made charcuterie to olive oils from family groves in Sonoma.
Our philosophy is simple: source locally when we can, make everything from scratch when we can't, and never cut a corner that affects taste. That means our sourdough ferments for 48 hours, our butter croissants use French-style butter, and our coffee is roasted in Riverside County.
